All packages are usually shipped within 48 hours. If this is a USA shipment you should be expecting your package within 3-5 business days by USPS. International packages are shipped by USPS and can take up to 8-15 days to receive. Please also be aware our products are a high demand product line; backorders can accrue without notice. If after 90-180 days you haven't obtained results, simply e-mail the customer service department to activate your FREE products until you achieve the results you desire.
